At RIES CONTAINERS GMBH, your satisfaction is our priority. From the moment you purchase a shipping container, until you start using it, we want you, our customers, to be extremely satisfied with the container and the delivery process.

If for any reason you feel that our containers did not live up to your expectations, or you think that somehow our service did not meet your standard of excellence, we offer a money-back guarantee for 30 days. In other words, you can get your money back ( except transportation costs* ) for container(s) bought within the past days. Container Quality Guarantee

Although we pride ourselves by having high levels of service, containers may sometimes be delivered with deformities from the standard.

Cosmetic attributes, such as dings/dents, scratches and rust, are normal imperfections that a used container shows after the life they have had as a shipping container.  If you see any structural deformities, such as holes or damaged seals, that directly compromises the wind and watertight integrity of the container you just received, we will compensate you for the damages. Contact us within five business days and we will provide the best solutions for your case. We will either refund the charges of repair on receipt of an invoice or arrange for a complete replacement at no charge.

*Please note, backhaul charges amounting to 1 additional trip will apply in a few locations: USA,CANANDA,MEXICO,CHILE.

The container must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.
